	Integrated optical grade quality. Thickness 1 mm. Diameter 3", 4" or 5". X - cut. Both sides optical polished. Y - or Z - axis orientated with flat. Surface quality: scratch - , hole - and wiper free by magnification of 800. Parallelity: typ. < 10'. Flatness: typ. < 1µm / 10 mm (test region 98 %).

MgO : LiNbO3
